Today is the day, our DA has been approved!
Its been a long road, we purchased the land back in November 2010 and it only just registered March 2011
We are building in Northlakes Estate - Cameron Park NSW at the top of the estate overlooking Lake Macquarie from the back and Sugarloaf Mountain from the front! Beautiful bushy area with wildlife, bike tracks and a great community atmosphere :)

I am building a Hawthorne 27 at Raymond Terrace, we also purchased our block back in Nov 2010 and ours only got registered last week! we await Da approval! Hope your house goes smoothly...So far we have been happy with Edan Brae
ReplyDeleteopps make that 2009, ours has been an extremely long wait! We were also going to build the Monte Carlo with MdJ but pulled out because of their frequent price rises and Eden Brae fixed our price for an extended time.
